As a public speaker, James has the ability to set others at ease and feel they are the centre of his interest. He creates an environment which generates energy, enthusiasm and a will to be involved and succeed.

His insight and ability to see through to the real core of an issue is astounding. His ability to discover what truly will motivate an individual is fantastic.
